Hello Everyone, I hope you all had a great Thanksgiving! We are moving and shaking down here in Kendall Square, getting ready for the skating season. The temperature is dropping, and we are getting close to opening day. We are still unsure exactly when that is going to be, but we will be sure to update this blog, as well as twitter, facebook, our web page, and phone message as soon as we know exactly when it will be. We also hope you join us for our 5th Annual Kendall Square Holiday On Ice, scheduled for December 18th. The Schedule of Events are as follows:

11am - Open for FREE admission skating

1:30pm - clear the ice for show prep.

2pm - FREE holiday show produced by Frozen Frog Productions, FREE food from Za/EVOO, and FREE hot beverages

2:45pm - FREE admission skating resumes

3:30pm - A group of Carolers "Random Chants" will be caroling

5:00pm - clear the ice for show prep.

6pm - FREE Kendall Square Holiday on Ice presents local skating talents of all kinds, FREE food by Za/EVOO and FREE hot beverages.

6:45pm - Resume FREE admission skating until close at 9pm

Things are really coming along...

Hello everyone, thanks for checking in! We are really moving and shaking this week, as we get the skating rink ready for the season. Our BRAND NEW rental figure skates have arrived, and we could not be happier with them. I hope you are all looking forward to being some of the first to try them out. We are still unsure as to when the rink will be open, it's still a little early, but things are shaping up, and I will be sure to let everyone know as soon as we know. Remember to put Saturday December 18th on your calendars and bring all of your Family and Friends to our free 5th Annual Kendall Square Holiday On Ice. We will be hosting FREE admission all day long, FREE food for the AMAZING Za/EVOO that has just become our neighbors this summer, and 2 FREE shows, one of them is at 2pm, and is being presented by Frozen Frog Productions, and the second will start around 6pm, and will be a collection of local talent including Imagica Theater on Ice, as well a many more. 2010-11 skating season is fast approaching us!

Hello Folks! Its that time of year when we start to feel the chill in the air, and visions of hockey skates and figure skates dance in our heads! We are in full motion setting up everything for the skating rink, and we have never been more excited. Our schedule is looking promising this year, for us to possibly open early, that is, if mother nature cooperates. We will keep you all updated here on this Blog as well as our Facebook page. I would also like to announce our Kendall Square Holiday On Ice will be held on Saturday, December 18th this year, at 2pm sharp. We are only having Frozen Frog Productions do one show this year, so make sure make it to the 2pm show, and then in the evening we will be hosting a number local talents showing off their stuff, some of them for their first time, starting at 6pm.
